May this story serve as a warning to the Bhutanese-Nepali communities and those who work among them. For more than two years, I've listened to people decry the unruly and undisciplined behavior of the young Nepali men. In fact, even last night I listened with frustration as older men in our own community complained about the behavior of one such young man. Finally, I had to interject that unless older, disciplined men are willing to walk alongside the younger ones, no change can be expected.
